This was done as part of a collaborative deck, and was supposed to be a bit of a self-portrait (yes, my hair was that color at the time) with my cat Maude beside me. It inspired me to start a deck with the sexes reversed from the traditional imagery to see what that taught me (I got hung up on a male Empress, that's what it taught me). Done in Prismacolor colored pencils on bristol board.

The Fool represents new beginnings and not really being ready but doing it anyway.
